There are powerboats, helicopters and so on, but has there ever been something you have not seen before?
We are very interested in scale modeling, so after the fifth visit of a scale modeling fair we came to the conclusion that there is nothing really new or exceptional.
On the following pages we are going to explain our projects in detail.
Powerboat p222
When Nikolaus built a powerboat for his then still young son; it was already overpowered and very heavy.
Experienced scale modelers constantly emphasized that they thought it would not work.
Nowadays we are able to say: it worked, it worked very well. Despite every objection, Nikolaus Moraitis built the p222 which blasted all dimensions of usual model boats.
A further, even more fascinating project is planned and will soon be presented.
Mini Copter - Skylight d220 / n170
A creation of exceptional kind
The perfect toy for inside and outside as well.
Mini Copters are something very exceptional. On the following page we will go into detail and show how the Skylight d220 and its brother, the n170 were made and how they fly.
This two-cylinder steam engine is a master stroke.
Nikolaus Moraitis constructed it in order to demonstrate his skills and abilities.
It was made from his ideas, without any construction plans, lists of accessory or examples.
Even experts of steam engines were astonished that this piece was built only from an idea.
